  1. TAJIKISTAN - Passport and visa required.  At the time of publication,
  2. visa issuances are being handled by the Russian Consulate.  The visa process
  3. must be initiated  in Tajikistan by the sponsoring agency or by the
  4. travel agent involved; no visa request is initiated at the Russian Consulate.
  5. Visas are not issued until an approval cable arrives from the Ministry
  6. of Foreign Affairs in Tajikistan to the Russian Consulate.
